• Payment Mechanism: The payment to HRDstudy.com will be made through www.paypal.com - a global leader in online payment solutions (accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express etc.) with payments accepted from 45 countries worldwide. Students paying through Paypal will be getting access to the course within 6 hours ( an email with all your details will be sent to your preferred email addess ).
  
  
• Alternate Payment Mechanism:If you have problems in making payments through Paypal, please use our alternate payment provider, CCAvenue ( To pay using CCAvenue, please click here ). CCAvenue accepts payments from all countries using leading credit cards including American Express, Visa etc. - However, CCAvenue does not accept MasterCard at present. Courses for students paying through CCAvenue will be activated within 6 hours of receiving the payment.
  
  If you cannot pay using a credit card, please email us at adminsupport@HRDstudy.com; and we will arrange for an alternate payment mechanism for you.
  
  Please Note: If you do not have a credit card or cannot use your credit card for making payment, please use the credit card of a colleague, friend or relative. Then, please send an email to adminsupport@HRDstudy.com with the payment details and your personal information (name, address, and preferred email address for correspondence). We will set-up the account to reflect your personal details, so that you can take the course in your name.



• After the course completion, you will be provided two certificates:
  • A Human Resource Management Certificate, which will certify your successful completion of this course. Sample Human Resource Development Certificate **
  
  
  • A certificate of 20 PMI PDUs which can be used for Continuing Education Requirements of certified PMPs. Sample PDUs Certificate **
  
  
  
  ** : You can decide to take the course which provides the physical Human Resource Management certificate i.e. Human Resource Management, 20 PMI PDUs (including physical certificates mailed to your address) 3 months for $ 255.00. The physical certificates are printed and embossed, and will be mailed from our United States office.
  
  
• The enrollment in HRDstudy.com is Completely Online (for payments through Paypal) - so, as soon as you make payments and enroll in HRDstudy.com, you will immediately be provided with a UserID and Password (either in the enrollment screen of HRDstudy.com or through an email sent to your email address)- Online Enrollment process takes less than 6 hours, after which you will have access to all features in HRDstudy.com



• Bulk/Corporate Discounts are available if more than 3 people would like to join HRDstudy.com course at one time. For details, please email us at adminsupport@HRDstudy.com



• Course Extension costs $ 60/month.



• Course Cancellation costs $ 50 after initial enrollment (if cancellation done within 3 days of payment).



• Course Upgradation or Course change requests: Any changes to the course including course upgradation should be requested within 3 days of making the initial payment. However, no money can be refunded after initial payment is made



• HRDstudy.com course is a continous study program. If you would like to break up HRDstudy.com course into 2 study durations, the request can be accomodated. However, additional processing fee of $ 25.00 will be charged.

• If you enroll in a HRDstudy.com course and successfully pass the Human Resource Certification course, your name will be added to the success list of students using HRDstudy.com
